Proposed Administrative Rules Changes

The Cuyahoga County Personnel Review Commission is considering amending its Administrative Rules to more accurately reflect the PRC’s operations, to improve processes, and to clarify existing Rules.

Proposed Administrative Rules

Generally, the proposed Rule changes relate to the following:
  • Revisions made necessary by changes to the County Code;
  • Clarification and/or modification regarding the PRC’s jurisdiction/authority, Rule making process, and Appellate procedures; and
  • Revisions to reflect the evolution of the PRC’ s testing operation.

The PRC will vote on the proposed Rule revisions at its February 1, 2017 meeting.
